About Remta İnşaat

Remta İnşaat has been designing, contracting and building since 2002, from an office in Ataşehir, İstanbul, and on sites elsewhere in the country.

Remta İnşaat was founded in 2002 and has worked across architectural design, general contracting and construction ever since.

That work runs along three lines. Architectural design, where the small decisions get made early rather than patched later, and where a modern building is expected to sit properly in the place it is built. General contracting, which the company has taken on since its earliest days and carried through to completion. And construction, where we set our own standard for what finished means and apply it on sites across the country.

More than twenty years in, the lesson is that a building is judged in its second decade, not on handover day. Materials, details, sequencing — we choose those with that in mind. The office is in Ataşehir, and if you have a plot, an existing building or a facility to discuss, the conversation usually starts there.

Our Vision

To design for how people will be living in the years ahead, not only for today's brief, and to be a firm that leaves both its clients and everyone it works alongside better off. That is what we want the name to stand for in this field.

Our Mission

To see the investment potential in a plot or an existing building, turn it into a real project, and hand over something functional enough that it keeps proving itself in use. Keeping clients and partners satisfied is not a line tacked onto the end of the job; it is how we judge whether the job went well. That is where we are ambitious.

How we work

Financial Discipline
A budget is not something you discover halfway through. Scope, work items and the payment schedule are written down at the start. If something has to change mid-build, its cost and its effect on the programme are agreed before anyone starts building it.
Health and Safety
A site starts working after safety is set up, not before. Risks are talked through ahead of the task, the equipment and the site layout follow from that, and subcontractors are required to work to the same rules. Statutory health and safety requirements are the starting point for how a site is run.
Sustainability
For us this means material choice, how long a detail actually lasts, what happens to site waste, and what the building costs to run once people are in it. A building that still works properly in twenty years is worth more than anything bolted on afterwards.
Support After Handover
Handover is not the end of the conversation. You know how the building is meant to be run, who to ask about which part of it, and where to take something that comes up later. What that support covers is set out in the contract.
Public Process and Compliance
Zoning, permits, statutory inspection and occupancy sign-off go through the proper channels, without shortcuts. Because every parcel and every municipality is different, we confirm the route with the relevant belediye and authorities before committing to it, and we tell you plainly which questions are still open.
Leadership and Accountability
Every job has one person who makes the call and carries the result. When you ask a question you should not have to hunt for the person who can answer it. On site and in the office, who is responsible for what is written down rather than assumed.

What the contract says

Scope
What the job includes — and what it does not — is written down before work starts. Anything that emerges later sits outside that scope and is priced separately, which removes most mid-build surprises before they happen.
Programme
The staged works programme is an annex to the contract. The order of the stages, and what is handed to you at the end of each one, are set out in it.
Progress payments
Payments are tied to completed work, not to the calendar. Each payment application is submitted together with a report of the work done in that period.
Variations
Change requests are taken in writing. Nothing is built until the effect on price and programme has been put to you for approval.
Handover
At handover the drawings, the documentation for the materials used and the warranty scope are given to you together in a single file.

Tell us about the project in four short steps. Leave anything you don't know yet blank — we can fill the gaps when we talk. Our office is open Monday to Saturday, 09:00–18:00.

Your request arrives When the form is sent the request goes straight to the office, and a copy of it reaches you by e-mail.
We call you We fill in whatever is missing over the phone, and arrange to see the site if that is what the job needs.
The quote is prepared You receive the scope and the stages in writing. What is not included is named in the same document.
The figure on the title deed — leave it blank if you're not sure.
A rough total for the enclosed area is enough. The final figure depends on what the zoning allows.
Zoning certificate, title deed, any concept drawings, photos of the site. PDF, JPG or PNG. Seeing the documents makes the first conversation much shorter.
